All payments are processed in EUR (Euro).

Online card payments are securely processed through the Swedbank payment gateway. When placing an order, customers are redirected to a secure payment environment provided by the payment service provider.
Ditonica SIA does not store or have access to full payment card details such as card numbers, security codes, or expiration dates.
3. Payment Timing
Payment is charged immediately after the order is placed and the payment transaction is successfully completed.
Once the payment is confirmed, customers will receive an order confirmation email with the details of their purchase.
4. Transaction Security
All payment transactions are processed using secure encrypted connections that comply with modern payment security standards.
Payment providers apply their own security procedures and may use additional authentication methods such as 3D Secure to protect customers against unauthorized transactions.

If a refund is approved according to the applicable Return and Refund Policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the policies of the payment provider or card issuer.
