These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered through the Ditonica online store.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to both private consumers and business customers.
3. Products
Ditonica designs and manufactures high-fidelity loudspeakers. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to give an accurate representation of the products offered.
Because our loudspeakers are built to order, minor variations in materials or finish may occur. Such variations do not affect the product’s functionality or performance.
4. Availability and Geographic Scope
Orders can be placed through the website by customers located in the European Union (EU).
Customers located outside this region are welcome to contact us directly to discuss ordering and shipping options.
5. Prices and Currency
All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (EUR).
Ditonica SIA is currently not registered for VAT, therefore prices are displayed without VAT.
Shipping costs may be calculated separately depending on the customer’s location and will be communicated during the ordering process.
6. Order Process
Orders are placed through the order form available on the website.
The ordering process generally includes the following steps:
- The customer submits an order through the website.
- Ditonica reviews the order and confirms product availability and delivery details.
- The customer completes payment according to the agreed terms.
- The product is manufactured and prepared for shipment.
- The order is dispatched to the customer.
An order is considered accepted once Ditonica confirms the order and payment is received.
7. Manufacturing Time
All loudspeakers are built to order.
Typical manufacturing time is 1 to 10 working days, depending on production workload and product availability.
Customers will be informed if additional time is required.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 28 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Ditonica by email.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
9. Warranty
Ditonica products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers parts supplied with the product and manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ditonica SIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
Any liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Latvian law.
